The breakfast options, especially the made-to-order omelets, were fantastic and staff were friendly. The room I had was outdated, with peeling wallpaper and stained furniture. Parking was also charged, which was unexpected.

The staff deserves every bit of praise. Courteous, friendly, and attentive—truly the heart of this establishment. The breakfast met expectations; food was delicious. the room wasn’t up to par. Dated furnishings and cleanliness issues were disappointing. Mold on the shower curtain and an unpleasant smell upon arrival left much to be desired. One unfortunate encounter with a roach certainly didn’t help either. Management must prioritize maintenance. Responsive staff made the experience bearable, but it’s clear improvements are needed across the board. This hotel has potential but must focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The room was spacious, accommodating two adults and a child comfortably with a king bed and a sofa bed. The temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. Unfortunately, we faced some noise disruptions late at night from people in the hallway, which affected our sleep. I appreciated the ample towels and toiletries provided. I noticed some cleanliness issues, including dirt in the window seal. The digital check-in made our arrival smooth, and the fast elevators were a bonus.

The breakfast area is like a mini-feast fiesta every morning. The staff at the omelette station can be a bit grumpy, but Jaleesa and Timothy really shine with their friendliness.
The service can feel a bit off at times.

The indoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind! I loved the generous breakfast options that fueled my adventures. Plus, having a cozy living room area made it feel like a home away from home!

The complimentary breakfast was genuinely delicious, and the staff at the buffet were incredibly friendly. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, but my room left much to be desired—stained carpets and an unpleasant smell dampened the comfort. Many guests felt unwelcome, and it created an uncomfortable vibe. It’s a shame because the food and some staff really shone. A few serious maintenance issues need addressing, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a great time exploring the city as everything was just a short walk away, including the Columbia Museum of Art, which was about 4 km away, and the gorgeous botanical garden, less than a 5-minute stroll from the hotel, making it super easy to soak in the sights; the breakfast was also really great and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room cleanliness could use some improvements.

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking for a comfortable stay. In the morning, I enjoyed making a cup of tea using the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. The sitting area was cozy, and I appreciated having a space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The garden furniture outside added a nice touch, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings. The toiletries provided were of good quality and a nice addition to the room amenities. The AM/FM alarm clock was handy for keeping track of time, and the flat-screen TV offered entertainment options for downtime in the room. The curtains were effective in blocking out light for a good night's sleep. one area that could be improved was the dry cleaning service. I found that the service was not as efficient as I would have liked, and there was a delay in getting my clothes cleaned. the housekeeping could have been more thorough, as I noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned during my stay. the laundry facilities were adequate, but I encountered some issues with the dry cleaning service. Despite this, I enjoyed my time at the Greystone and appreciated the amenities provided in the room.

The parking was ample, and the elevators were fast, making it convenient. The staff, especially at the front desk and buffet breakfast, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their service truly stood out.
The hotel needs updates as it showed signs of wear and tear, like old details in the room and elevators. There was an unpleasant smell in the room that affected the experience.

the front desk staff was nice, and the breakfast on the terrace was spectacular. the linens were of high quality, adding to the enjoyable experience. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, which I wanted to visit eagerly. The event planning service pleasantly surprised me, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining in the hotel's Terrace Restaurant and Lounge, which served delicious Lowcountry dishes.
Housekeeping tried to enter my room without permission.
